“This is not your typical salon... it is better! I struggle with warming up to businesses that I've never been to before. It always makes my skin crawl when I walk into a salon and instead of being met with a smile, I'm met with all eyes and treated like I'm a cog in the machine and no more than a name on a list. That was not the case here! I warmed up to Christy and felt comfortable with her and others in the shop. Their policy of taking appointments as a priority is SO important to me. I've made appointments at other salons and have still had to wait as if I was a walk in. Christy was up front and honest with me as well which to me is a major green flag! She didn't force any type of services on me and encouraged me not to get tips and I think it's so incredibly important to know what's best for the client and make suggestions as she did. I was looking for a new salon to call home and I did just that.
