Easy to find the building over by the hospital and plenty of parking for us anxious-about-new-parking-situations girlies. Very welcoming atmosphere the moment you walk through the door. Sierra did my nails and I'm SO happy with them! I'm not able to get my nails done often and, admittedly, don't really know a lot about getting them done. I booked the wrong kind of appointment and Sierra was so kind and professional to explain to me what service I actually needed after explaining to her what I was looking for. Her and the owner, Kim, were such a delight to interact with during my visit. 10/10 recommend!“

“This is not your typical salon... it is better! I struggle with warming up to businesses that I've never been to before. It always makes my skin crawl when I walk into a salon and instead of being met with a smile, I'm met with all eyes and treated like I'm a cog in the machine and no more than a name on a list. That was not the case here! I warmed up to Christy and felt comfortable with her and others in the shop. Their policy of taking appointments as a priority is SO important to me. I've made appointments at other salons and have still had to wait as if I was a walk in. Christy was up front and honest with me as well which to me is a major green flag! She didn't force any type of services on me and encouraged me not to get tips and I think it's so incredibly important to know what's best for the client and make suggestions as she did. I was looking for a new salon to call home and I did just that. I immediately felt pampered and relaxed as one should when being in a salon, and I will no longer dread getting my nails done! ?Services: Manicure“

“If I could give this place 10 stars, I would. I made a post on Hip Cookeville looking to get a certain set done for my 9 year old. The owner reached out to me and gave me a more than fair price and offered to open her store up on the 4th of July just to get her nails done! We ended up going the next day and everything was just perfect! The nails turned out more beautiful than the reference photo! We went to give jer a $20 tip and she gave it to my 9 year old daughter for her birthday! She was polite. We kept a great conversation going and talked to my daughter as she did her nails and asked how she wanted certain things and what jewels she wanted on her fingers! I will never go to another nail salon!“
