I went to the Cookeville office and although I did see a PA, I was not disappointed. Ms. Rotolo was very thorough. Her assistant re-explained everything after Ms. Rotolo had left the room. I felt very educated and at ease. They even gave me informational handouts! Very impressed. The office is clean and pleasant. The young lady at the front desk was an angel, kindly assisting me with paperwork, which was quite lengthy, but I understand the necessity. “Men with beards read this! Going to see Andie monthly to get my facial(yes I said facial) done is one of the best days of the month. Not only does she do an amazing job with my skin care but, she does an amazing job with my beard. She has one the most relaxing and clean environments to help keep me comfortable while she is doing my facial and getting my beard cleaned and looking good with this really cool zapping tool that kills germs and make my beard like Zues's by the time the session is done.
