“I am so entirely grateful for Danny at The Detail Shop. This was a nightmare of a day to say the least. I drive a 2022 Hyundai Santa Fe bought just over a year ago.. So pretty much brand new.. but someone in front of me slammed their brakes on for an auto that was turning into a business not using their turn signals. I had just pulled out of Chick fila with 2 large sweet teas and 3 Caramel crunch milkshakes. When I had to slam my brakes for the car in front of me, everything went everywhere and I had a pool of tea and milkshakes in my front floorboard. I was horrified on not just cleaning it up but how I would get the smell of the milkshakes when it sours out. A good friend called Danny and he was able to get my car in immediately. Not only did he get the mess out of the carpet and seats but No Smell !! not even a week later plus the carpets were completely dry! right after he was done with it. “I just had my second vehicle waxed and buffed from this place. My truck had not been washed in over 2 years and developed mold all over it. The truck literally looks brand new, and I'm beyond impressed. Regarding the first car I had Kirk work on, he spent countless hours with just a small razor removing vinyl stripes from the front bumper through the rear bumper and barely charged me anything. Kirk is without a doubt the best quality with the lowest prices anywhere within Middle Tennessee. Also, I just want to point out that some complaints listed here about Pro Auto are not even about the same business as this one... They're referring to a completely different business, which is a careless mistake on their part. I will be taking my third vehicle to Kirk very shortly!“
