We love the staff at Flatts and Copelands. Wyatt got very sick a little over a year ago and our regular vet clinic would not see him until the following week, they just kept telling me that if he gets much worse they would want to see him sooner, I called them everyday that week hoping for a cancellation but they would not fit him in. We were directed by friends to Copeland's and were lucky enough to get Dr Gibson. Wyatt took to Dr Gibson right away and after seeing our regular vet a couple more times and seeing how the Dr didn't really interact with my cats we made the decision to make Flatt/Copeland our regular vet and we could not be happier. Very friendly staff and took great care of my Millie. Fees and charges were very reasonable. I had a question the next day and they were very informative and helpful over the phone. Made me feel like my concern was important to them. Didn’t rush through the call. Highly recommended!

I have a senior dog who is slowly dying from heart issues (congenital). I would like to keep him happy and well what time he has left and Flatt is treating him and keeping him with a quality of life that is good right now. They are understanding and compassionate.
