Amazing! And let me begin by saying this feedback will include two separate experiences, not one.The first occurred July 29 on our 6yr old daughters 7th birthday, for which our entire family scheduled pedicures and manicures for the same day. We are new to the area, so I thought we'd left our house in plenty of time to make our 10am appt, we didn't, and all 7 of us were late. When we walked in I had prepared myself for a rude, unprofessional and uncomfortable time; to the contrary, the staff were understanding, flexible, warm and kind.
