I originally had an appointment scheduled a month in advance at a different shop for a fade and beard trim. Unable to accommodate the changes, I decided to call The Fade Room in Cookeville. I spoke with Amanda, who was incredibly understanding of my situation. Even though she was fully booked, she made it a priority to set me up with Leo. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming, clean, and professional. The entire team greeted me with warm smiles, and I instantly felt comfortable. Leo is truly a master of his craft! His precision and attention to detail are unmatched. He took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted and made sure every line and fade was perfect. His expertise really showed as he worked efficiently yet meticulously, delivering a sharp, clean look that exceeded my expectations. Beyond his skills, Leo’s friendly and professional demeanor made the experience even better—I felt like I was in good hands from start to finish. My son saw Jenny! She was very welcoming and friendly! She gave my son exactly what he wanted and she explained what she was doing as she went and why she was doing it.
Both of my boys received haircuts from Amanda this morning. By far the best haircut they have ever gotten. We will be back for sure! Already made their next appointment. Highly recommend!
