COIT was wonderful to work with! We requested a quote for floor tile restoration, and they were very reasonable on pricing. I dealt with Brandon during the entire process, and he very quick to respond and extremely professional and kind. COIT completed the service within a week, and we were very pleased with the service and customer service!

We just bought a house and the carpets needed cleaning. COIT Was recommended and I'm glad we went with them. They were very professional! Super nice! They kept in contact with me. Gave me a courtesy call the morning of. And called me 15 min before arrival. Brandon did an AMAZING JOB!!! He was very nice and professional!! He walked through, gave me the quote, and then continued with the cleaning. My carpets looks brand new!! They also smell AMAZING!! I was afraid we'd have to replace the carpets. But thanks to COIT they are clean and ready to go. If you're looking for carpet cleaners, COIT is the way to go!! Reasonable prices. And they do more than carpets. Can't comment...read full review

We live in Crossville and the company was located in Cookeville and offered a lower price then our local service. They arrived within 24 hours to clean our hvac air ducts. Arrived on time and were polite and friendly. The service was more expensive then expected, but worth every penny.
