I had never had occasion to use ServiceMaster. Had an ice maker water line leak. Discovered it mid morning, called ServiceMaster by Stechyn & Son in Columbia TN. Even though they’re an hour away from my house AND I was not an existing customer, they sent technicians here that same afternoon! Every single person I dealt with, from Shelley (office mgr) to the guys who dealt with the water damages, to the estimator, to the restoration guys, are great. Not just their skills but their attitudes, professionalism & respectfulness were much appreciated. Whoever does the hiring there should get a bonus!!

Wallace from Morgan Brothers Electric was exceptional from start to finish. He diagnosed a long-standing GFCI issue in my garage that had been tripping for weeks. Not only did he trace the problem back to a ground wire touching the GFCI unit, but he also rerouted the pool pump wiring to its own dedicated 20A breaker using 12AWG — exactly how it should’ve been done from the start.
On top of that, he installed a brand new 20A outlet next to the breaker box to safely power my tools. Clean, compliant, efficient work with great communication the entire time.
Wallace respected my home, explained everything thoroughly, and never tried to upsell. I’ve dealt with many contractors, and this level of integrity and precision is rare.
Morgan Brothers Electric is now my go-to electrician, period. If you want it done right and done with excellence, this is the company to call.

I usually go to this location but one day I was going out of town so went to the Nashville Hwy Kroger center location and I’ll now always use the brookmeade Walmart location. The Kroger location rushed through and didn’t even round/square off neck nor trim or anything. Nothing around the neck at all. Every haircut always cleans up back there. Anyway after emailing the brookmeade location fixed it at no charge and spent time making everything look good. I feel much better and will always use the brookmeade location now.
Everyone here is great. I just changed my hair cut for the first time in a long time and she took the time to get it just right. Always, enjoy the wash and hot towel. Not only is the experience relaxing but I don't leave with itch hair on me the rest of the day. Sometimes their app causes overlap with ppl their waiting but other than that it's great ?

Why not 5 language . The barbers and few customers only spoke Spanish to each other . While they are very English qualified .

I came in to get acrylic fill- in to fix the last nail salons mess up. My nail tech at Serenity Nails was awesome, they listened to what I wanted and achieved my nail desire. This would definitely now be my nail salon home.

On Tuesday (01.27.2026) I treated myself with getting my nails done - finger and toe nails. The lady that did my toes was absolutely TOP-FREAKING-NOTCH!!!! My feet are terrible most of the time. The fact that she got rid of several ingrowns and did it WITHOUT bringing blood, oooweee, baby I fell in love. I will definitely be back there for my next fill in!!!

I honestly did not know what to expect at this hair salon since I am visiting from out of state I don’t know anyone who has ever been here. However, I was pleasantly surprised at what a great job to Talisa did on my haircut. I am in the process of letting my hair go gray and it was a pretty dramatic change/haircut to get most all of the brown color out of my hair. It was seriously a big risk going here not knowing Talisa \\u0026 seeing any of her “work”. Not only did I receive a fantastic haircut/style that my entire family loves and I am very comfortable with, but Talisa was so thoughtful by driving to drop glasses off to us that we had left behind at her salon. Nice and clean hair and nail salon. There are probably 6-8 stylists all working Independently in their own stations. Nail Station is out front. Pedicure/waxing occurs in a much smaller, separate room. I've been seeing my stylist for over 20 years! He's cut my hair in multiple styles over the years and consistently does an excellent job for a fair price. I've had longish styles to short styles, both with layers. I don't have color on my hair so I can't speak to that personally, nor have I had my nails done here. I would definitely recommend this salon to anyone whether very young or a senior citizen. I like the simplicity and homeyness of this place. I'm not someone looking for a high end, fancy, frilly salon. I come here for my hairdresser who always does an excellent job in a timely manner with a fair price.

Woke up to toilets that wouldn't drain after flushing, I knew the problem was the septic system. It was due a pumping last summer, but I skipped it and was paying the price a year later.
Ryan answer my call at 8am, by 4pm he was pumping my system and by 5pm, everything was back to normal. Amazing service. This is the second time American Pumping serviced our system and he'll have a lifetime customer here.
It was our annual electrical tuneup. Cade was very good at explaining everything he seen and also possible fixes. The peace of mind we get from these tune ups is reassuring. Thank you

I have had a terrible problem with ticks this year. I believe part of the reason is mine, because I did not schedule Bug Out earlier in the month. Nevertheless, they came out twice to rectify my problem, saturated my property and have been very easy to work with. I highly recommend them.

My backyard needed help due to poor lot prep from the builder. Jayme came out and gave me details on how they would address my problems. They buried drains to alleviate water pooling, dug up the rocks which were making the lawn very bumpy, graded and smoothed everything, put down topsoil and Bermuda sod. It looks beautiful and I can walk back there without tripping on a rock. Jordan came by to check things out during the process. Efron and the young man helping him worked so hard. They were kind and professional and really did a wonderful job. I am so pleased with result. This is a top notch company.

I just moved to Columbia on June 1st and on the way my dog stopped eating. He is diabetic so that meant I was unable to give him his insulin. By June 3rd he was in bad condition. He could barely keep his head up, was unable to keep water down, he wouldn't eat, he was barely able to walk. I called and was able to get there when they opened. They ran tests on my baby and was very transparent about fees knowing the great financial burden of moving from one state to another. Dr. Kevin was very kind, he explained everything to me. The staff was amazing too. You can tell they really love animals. The prices at this clinic are also very reasonable. It's a tiny, no frills office, but so far we are very happy with them. We have since been back 2 more times in the month we have been here, once for a follow up and once for a preventative visit. My fur child is doing great now and that makes me a happy Mom! Thank you Dr. Kevin and staff for helping us and making us feel welcome!.

My dog snoopy was badly in need of a grooming prior to knee surgery. So at 4 weeks post surgery, I was worried about him being groomed as he was still recovering. I alerted Bow Wow staff when I made the appointment that he would need special handling. The staff at Bow Wow did a fabulous job! Snoopy continues to heal and is much cooler without all the fur! Snoopy and I are very thankful!!
