Excellent customer service - long story short, we lost our car keys while shopping - called Mid-TN Locksmiths, he presented me with a very reasonable quote to create a new key and programming for a Lexus - we ended up not needing any services as we found our car keys later that day. The gentlemen that owns the company was very understanding and was just glad we ended up finding our keys. Seems to genuinely care for the customer and that's a rare thing these days. Thanks again!

I highly recommend Chris. I was locked out of my townhouse and he responded quickly and he got the door open easily when another locksmith (with a negative attitude) failed, and he was super-reasonably priced. The following week my Airbnb townhouse keyless lock was jammed and he fixed it. Most importantly, he has a upbeat, can-do work attitude!

I’ve called a ton of places to get a replacement key fob programmed to my car. I have the key fob. I literally just need it programmed and cut. everywhere else quoted me $150-$250. He quoted me $35 for him to program the key fob to my car. Which is amazing, all I spent in total was $60. 25$ on the key fob, and 35$ getting it programmed. If you are looking to get an extra key for your car. This guy is your man!! Order the key fob from Amazon. Make sure you get one that includes all the parts not just a shell. A key already programmed to your car is required. This is the cheapest way to get an extra key made. Hopefully you haven’t lost your only key, if so be prepared...read full review
