This was my first visit and making a last minute appointment, I didn't know anyone so I went with first available and crossed my fingers. I got a shampoo, cut and dry (slightly textured bob) and Kaitlyn did an amazing job. She was very sweet, soft spoken and listened and cared. I highly recommend Kaitlyn!
