“I wanted to give credit where it’s due. I’m 48 years old and grew up during the time that many of us disregarded all warnings about damage the sun would cause, skipping the sunscreen. I was one of them despite being outdoors pretty much all the time. As a result, my skin developed fine lines prematurely with sort of a rough texture. Kim let me know there were appointment openings available at Northside Medical Columbia North and offered to schedule me there so I could be seen sooner. Instead of having me handle everything myself, she told me to simply call her once I arrived, and she would take care of the check-in process for me. When I got there, I called her, and she handled everything quickly and efficiently.
