I was very pleased with the price, flooring options, and speed of both getting product and getting my install scheduled. Jake, the person who headed up the install team was great to work with. He was very particular and made sure no detail got missed. He also was great at giving me choices and then supporting my decisions about the style of the install.Expectation setting could use some work. I was told my floors would be a 2 day install - it was 3 FULL days. The installers didn't show up until 11 AM every day and then had to work until 6/7 PM every night which caused heavy disruption to my life, especially at night. Very nice and knowledgeable people; great job installing new flooring in 3/4 of our house in just 4 days; Jake was great at getting the job done, overcoming multiple obstacles, and staying to very end to get the job done right even if it mean working around the clock; we love our new floors, wonderful product at very good prices
