The plumber Sean had a very difficult job replacing a Mascerating riser pump located underground bathroom. With his long-time experience, he completed the job in minimal time and made sure all was well. Isaac was very helpful and patient, taking the time to explore and explain options before getting right to work and completing the job. Andrew came out the next day to pump a full septic tank. He did a wonderful job, was very friendly and courteous, and showed the customer the water flow to indicate everything was working as it should. Customers appreciate the great prices and plan to use Roto-Rooter again in the future.
