The work completed by Servicemaster was outstanding. Their employees who spent countless hours at our home became our friends. The girls were friendly, compassionate, and even loved on our zoo of animals when we weren’t able too. Bella showed outstanding organization skills doing the pack-out and pack-in. She communicated with us on a daily basis regarding scheduling. All of the employees that spent any time at our house were most friendly and genuine. They always had a good attitude, they talked to us, and laughed with us. Our project manager, Gabe, took our visions and turned them into reality, often going above and beyond with crazy requests and countless trips to Lowe’s!! Gabe, Jackson and Cameron worked countless hours making things perfect when they could have been a disaster!! Overall, I can’t speak highly enough about their kind hearts and outstanding workmanship. The downside… This company’s communication and time management for this project was less than stellar. Our house rebuild was started in mid-February with a 3-4 month completion date and still today, 8 months later, we are waiting on things to be completed within the house with no date of 100% completion on the calendar. We felt that because we were not a high dollar corporate company, we were just a family home, our job was definitely not a priority to the company, The dumpster company that was subcontracted through Servicemaster, totaled our retaining wall back in March, and still no word on the repairs that need to be done. Overall, I would recommend this company. But, we would love to have our home actually completed!
