My husband and I appreciate the good folks at BugOut. They responded to our initial request for service within an hour! And that was a request I put in online and on a Sunday afternoon. They arrive on schedule, make sure to text and email me ahead of time, and they checked in to make sure we were ready for our recent quarterly service. Super friendly and professional folks. We're glad we could support a local business, and this is a great business to support.

I called BugOut Termite & Pest Control, well over two years ago, to come and treat our church for insects or rodents. We had started a food giveaway in late 2020, and needed our building to be protected from unwanted pests. The technicians who work for BugOut are professional, knowledgeable, thorough, and friendly. In my experience they are well qualified in their field. Scheduling for a treatment from BugOut is easy and quick. Their prices for treatments are VERY competitive with the other major pest control companies. We have used BugOut for some time now and always happy with their sevice. They go over and beyond what you would expect such as blowing your porch off and cleaning cobwebs from your windows. Who does that? Bug out that's who. They are very kind and very knowledgeable, can answer any questions you might have, also let's you know when it is time for next treatment which is very helpful to me. You will not be disappointed, give them a try!
