I've only been into great clips twice but every time I go in there I always have a good experience..... the women do a wonderful job with my hair n they're always nice with me. Thank you so much great clips.

Monique did a fantastic job on my hair. Even being the only one working and a packed house she kept smiling talked to everyone and kept a clean facility. She deserves a raise for handling it all on her own or even a promotion. She’s an amazing human being with customer service which is rare nowadays. ❤️ However the company Great Clips is over charging on haircuts and barely sends out coupons for returning customers. Something they need to work on! I got a skin fade for $18Service: Haircut

Staff is great. The AC was out and it was 87 degrees inside!!!! If they are going to work their staff in those conditions they should at least pay the ones able to work in that heat more per hour!Service: Haircut
