“Great patient service from front desk staff member Kim Scott! I called in as a sick walk-in patient, and she immediately made the process smooth and stress-free. She explained that they already had several walk-ins and there would likely be a wait, but they would happily take care of me there.

Kim let me know there were appointment openings available at Northside Medical Columbia North and offered to schedule me there so I could be seen sooner. Instead of having me handle everything myself, she told me to simply call her once I arrived, and she would take care of the check-in process for me. When I got there, I called her, and she handled everything quickly and efficiently.

Since I wasn’t feeling well, her kindness, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile truly meant a lot. She made a difficult day much easier, and I was very impressed with the level of care and customer service she provided.“
