Top Nails provides good service. The staff is friendly and some technicians do a great job with nails that last a long time. They offer a natural look with options like blush color. Some customers have had bad experiences, but others love their work and plan to return. The business has technicians who are super friendly and do a great job with no pain.
On Tuesday (01.27.2026) I treated myself with getting my nails done - finger and toe nails. The lady that did my toes was absolutely TOP-FREAKING-NOTCH!!!! My feet are terrible most of the time. The fact that she got rid of several ingrowns and did it WITHOUT bringing blood, oooweee, baby I fell in love. I will definitely be back there for my next fill in!!!
I've tried many local nail salons and the time & attention and courtesy here at Top Nails takes the cake! I was very impressed at how meticulous Quan (I think is her name) took and how thorough she was. She didn't even mind that I took longer than normal to choose a color and helped me choose. Wow. Another employee next to us was just as polite & attentive to detail. This is now my go-to nail salon!!
I am a truck driver and was in Columbia. I went into Top Nails and was greeted right away. I got serviced by Tina and she was so sweet. I think I talked her ears off. But it has been a few weeks since I’ve had my fill in. She took her time and got my nails together. I love the natural look so I just got the blush color on my nails. If I ever come back to Columbia, TN I know where to come to. Thanks again Tina.
