My sister and I found ourselves very unexpectedly needing to plan services for my Dad with a very quick turnaround; we first met with Rush on Saturday but needed the service to be held Wednesday. We found the staff to be incredibly patient, flexible, kind, supportive, and experienced. The service was beautiful and went off without a hitch despite the turnaround time being so short and despite updates and decisions being made right up to Tuesday. They were very accommodating and made a very difficult time so much easier. Their expertise lended a sense of calmness and control to the situation. I cannot recommend them strongly enough. Truly the best experience we could’ve hoped for under the circumstances.”
