The owner was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and timely. He didn't try to up sell me. In fact, he went out of his way to ensure excessive and extreme work was not needed. Which saved me money.
I highly reccomend him.
One Sunday evening, I got in way over my head trying to replace my exterior hose bib and repair some copper piping in my crawlspace. I called three different 24 – hour services, 2 of which were big popular corporate ones. Royal Flush was my third call. I appreciate that I spoke directly to Doug, the owner, and he came out right away. The big guys make you speak to a call center, then a dispatch, and they always want all of your information upfront, only to keep you waiting for hours. At least they tell you upfront that they are going to gouge you for even showing up…
