The 1st job Pipe Master (James Brinkley) did for me was extremely difficult because of the size of the crawl space and standing water under my house. The re-plumb involved 4 days of pipe work where James (and his helpers) laid on their backs on jagged rocks in mud, as well as crawling into my attic to work.Prior to my plumbing issues a pump had been installed under the house that only comes on when it rains. My house was built in the 1950's and sits at the bottom of a hill where rain gets under my house, which is the reason I had the foundation trenched out and a pump installed. We had 5” of snow and our drains were stopped up where we could not run water to keep pipes from freezing at 0 degrees.It was a tuff and cold job but they stayed with until the problem was solved. Good people to work withGlad to have met you James!!
We had the experience of frozen pipes this cold snap. Unknowing what to do, we reached out to Pipe Master Plumbing. From a phone call to ask for help to just a half day later, James was here and quickly found the problem, fixed it and now we are able to have running water! I know we couldn’t have asked for more professional, fair and perfect service than we had with James! Thank you to his wife for taking our call this morning, making sure we had the help we needed!!
