I was getting food on centre Ave at a Spanish place and angel walked up to me and he was very warming and the way that he spoke about the barbershop and what they provide and other details that he gave me made me wanna get a haircut when I sat in that chair I thought it was just another haircut i don’t know how the conversation got here but I felt comfortable I was going thru so much and I started venting because I felt at home but I didn’t have someone to listen to me at home , this ain’t just a barber shop it’s family now the group of barbers are very professional and caring , I’m not just money coming in I feel like I’m family something that I needed , thank u angel for giving hope on humanity , and also the hospitality I recommend this shop

We adopted a beautiful Bengal from King Dynasty. Amber was a fantastic partner throughout the journey. She was very communicative and sent me many update photos/videos of the litter so I could make an informed decision. We love our little guy and he’s getting along well with his older brother.

Decided to take a chance and try Iron Roots. So glad I did it was better than I thought it would be. My stylist was Emma she took her time to explain everything to me and I did not make me feel rushed or anxious she was great and I love my cut! I will be back. I don’t usually write reviews but for this service I had too! My hair was very nappy from leaving a style in longer then I should’ve and the stylist who washed my hair did an amazing job at detangling it, I’m not tender-headed but even if I was she did the best she could to avoid it from hurting. Another great thing is they are very affordable! Other Dominican hair salons in the area are very expensive. I finally found a salon in Reading that I can go to for my wash and sets. Highly recommend!

Julio was amazing with my nephew! I asked my nephew if he would come back to Julio for another haircut and he said YES excitingly! Julio was gentle, nice, very communicative with my nephew even though he kept falling asleep lol. Let’s not forget he was very welcoming and offered me and my nephew beverages. I did a walk in Friday afternoon, and there was only a few minutes wait. I got my haircut done in about 15-20 mins and it was better than many haircuts that I've gotten that were around 45 mins long! Not only that but the haircut was cheap. It was $18. I plan on coming back in the future because it was done very well and was quite affordable.
All the barbershop staff are respectful, great music, punctual, and provide great service. You always leave me feeling sharp with a fresh cut. Highly recommend this place.

I moved away from this town about 20 years ago. I recently came back to visit and took a trip down memory lane of all the places from my childhood. My late father used to take me here for hair cuts as a child and it made me smile to see this place still open.

Menor Barbershop is one of the best barbershops in Reading. I go there every two weeks. I get my haircut by Medina, but any of the barbers there are great. I get a haircut, shave, and face massage with a hot towel. That makes you relax after a long week of work. When you come in, they welcome you with a smile. The music is good for everyone, including children. I recommend Menor Barbershop to the whole family.

High Quality haircut for a very fair price, My father has had Alex as a barber since 2000. 20+years experience, and I’ve just started using him as well, downtown Crown Point excellent location. 5/5 recommended. It’s Alex’s shop and he has the waiting room separated from the parlor so when he’s doing your cut it’s just you and him which is nice. Someone can’t sit there and chop it up with him other than yourself while he’s focused cutting your hair. So the only reason I'm giving this 4 stars is because of how busy they are and how long wait times are. That's the major downside. Everything else is amazing. They are a small family owned business. It's literally a husband and wife that do nails so you won't exactly be in and out with only 2 workers. They are very clean, very friendly and professional. The wife does awesome eyebrows and husband does the most amazing and cute designs. Unlike MOST nail salons, they will not deny any special requests for designs. I asked for ninja turtle nails and he took over an hour on my hands and toes not rushing even with a full waiting room. Absolutely love them!

At Salon Lora , you're not just a client you are made to feel like family. The staff is very knowledgeable, professional and very friendly and they get to know YOU! If for some reason, you would not be pleased with the results, they would want to know and make it right. That hasn't happened to me. I have been a client there for a few years and have had nothing but very good experiences. A great place to go for the whole family to get their hair needs taken care of. They listen to what you want and make suggestions if you need them. It was my first time here, and Flowy did such an amazing job! I walked in with lots of texture, dry skin, clogged pores, pimples here and there. And I walked out with BABY SOFT skin that is so hydrated and healthy looking! Flowy did some extractions on me followed up with a diamond peel, hydra facial and finalized it with an oxygen mask. This was so good, I can’t wait to come back. My friend started coming here a few months ago. She had grade 3 acne, and now her skin is healing so beautifully. Flowy has hands of magic. My sewer basement backed up and was not sure what to do. I called them in the morning and they responded the same day and were in my house in about 1 hour after another job they were on. When they arrived and diasgonosed the issue immediately and cleared my clogged sewer in about less than 20mins. I highly recommend and will contact them again in the future. Also they are well priced for the service.

Mark came out on a *holiday weekend*, (which is always when things break down, right?), and drew up a plan of action, which he promptly kept! I now have a new tank, new pump, and--most importantly--running water! I am composing this not even 48 hours after the issue crept up. Did I mention the entire invoice total was much less than we feared/anticipated? Plumber Mike was very knowledgeable in addressing the several issues we ran into. Mike’s expertise minimized diagnostic time and got us straight into repair, which was always done timely and with such great quality! 5 stars to the folks over there! We are grateful!
Worked with John and Jackie @ Quinn's for about 6 months to get a replacement tankless water heater for mine that was defective. John talked with the supplier and with the manufacturer and it took us a long time but we finally got everything figured out logistically and my replacement water heater was installed last week! John and his team did a fantastic job with the install, including new vent piping and condensation hose. Very pleased with the work that was done and although they did more than i expected, the price quoted in the estimate was the price I paid. Very positive experience! Would use Quinn's again for sure!
Exceptional customer service—Brett and Brad went above and beyond! Don’t hesitate to use them! If you want the whole story behind this great review, here it is:
I was visiting a family member who was just out of the hospital and I was helping out with some stuff around the house. The toilet had been flushing slowly and the parts (flushing mechanism etc), were clearly really old. Well, my family member had gone to a big box store and bought a kit for replacing the old parts. I saw it and said, “oh, sure, I can do this for you.” How hard can it be, I thought. If there’s a do-it-yourself kit, then it must be easy enough to do it yourself. Spoiler alert: not easy at all.
After a seriously difficult time taking all the parts out of the tank, I discovered that the kit was completely wrong for the toilet. Add to that, the water turn off valve next to the toilet didn’t work so we had to shut the water off IN THE WHOLE HOUSE in order to work on the toilet.
So now all the parts are out, the kit we have doesn’t work, and we have no running water or working toilet. So, I go back to the big box store just before closing and of course they don’t have what I need. I come back home and try to order it for next day. Nope. So now I have to put the old parts back in. Not fun or easy. Turn on the water and… the hose that connects the water to the tank is spraying water everywhere. After cleaning up the water and finally getting the leak under control, I went to bed. Exhausted.
The next morning, I was determined to get my hands on the parts and it suddenly occurred to me to look up plumbing supply stores, and that’s how I found Brett and Brad and Lincoln Plumbing.
Brett picked up and when I told him what I needed he immediately said, “I’m looking at it right now. I’ll leave it up front for you.” Sure enough when I got there it was right at the counter. I then asked if a part from the big box kit could be used for our toilet and they confirmed that it could. And I showed them a picture of the water connection hose (the one that leaked everywhere!) and they recommended I replace it and gave me the right part for that. And they even gave me advice on how to install everything.
So, I got home, dove in again and then panicked because the new part wouldn’t fit. I called back, told them the problem and Brett asked me to text him a picture. A few minutes later, one of their plumbers called me back and walked me through how to modify the part to fit in the tank. (It was actually simple but I couldn’t have figured it out on my own.)
In the end, we called a handyman who was the father of a friend. Just like we should have in the first place! But, thanks to Lincoln Plumbing, we at least had the right parts! (The handy man was also excellent.)
I truly wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. This kind of customer service is really hard to find, and they and their team are clearly very experienced.
And… No more plumbing jobs for me. Lesson learned the hard way.

Tried to install an outdoor garage light on the weekend. When I turned the breaker back on, it would just keep tripping. I had no power in my basement and was concerned about my freezer, which was filled to the brim. He came out on a Sunday to fix it. Turns out, I had damaged the grounding wire when I put it back together. He was very nice and definitely affordable. He even checked a few other concerns of mine while he was here. After another company tried to charge us over $14,000 for unnecessary electrical work, we turned to RG Electric based on strong recommendations from our neighbors. I had an appointment with Mike LaLa Electric through my AHS insurance. At first I gave them a 1 star review because I felt like my appointment was rushed and non-informative. As soon as Mike saw this review he called me to get my thoughts and opinions. He answered all my questions and made sure to explain what happened and why the service was done so quickly. I find his communication with his clients very professional and needed in a field like this one.
They were able to make a key copy for a very old lock that the box stores could not.
Saw another review dated 4 weeks ago with only pictures of empty space. I still went out as it was close to home, only lost 10 minutes of my day. There are no locksmith businesses on this location, no signs, no phone numbers, as of September 11, 2025.

I cannot let another moment go by without giving kudos to Mary and Sal on the amazing job they have done. I don’t have pics yet because house is still in disarray after having flooring replaced. We did a huge reno (for us) in 2021 and due to manufacturer defects the floors began to buckle. Creative went above and beyond to address the issue. The floors have been replaced completely, and the entire experience has been as smooth as it could possibly be. I wish all businesses had this type of integrity and work ethic. I’d give them an infinite number of stars if I could. Highly recommend!!
Just purchased large amount of solid hardwood flooring we couldn't find anywhere else. Salesman Tom Snivley treated us exceptionally well by assisting with guidance and eventual purchase. The delivery men Josh and George were exceptional in bringing the numerous boxed flooring into our home. Would recommend these folks anytime, real pros.
We had installed wall sconces and they weren't working. Mark came and helped us understand why they weren't working (stupid reason) and also explained more about the install so we had knowledge to do other projects moving forward. He was very nice and helpful and also offered to answer questions via phone if we run into issues in the future. He was lovely and we would absolutely use him again!

I've been dealing with chronic pain for 6 years and the pain from my neck and back becomes truly unbearable. Dr Matthews has me all but pain free before I even sit back up off the table. And they are so friendly there. I also pay out of pocket because I don't have insurance and they are very fairly priced
Dr Katz is an amazing holistic doctor, she helped me get better from a car accident to avoid surgery. She is referred by other doctors which says a lot to me. Very knowledgeable, multiple approaches offered, very through in technique. I moved away and hard to find anyone like her.
Excellent practice. I went in this morning with horrific lower back pain and after being adjusted, I feel much better. The doctor differentiates himself by making a connection with the patient.
Dr. Hansen has helped me with several problems since I began seeing her a year ago. I can move now the same way I did when I was a young woman. She is caring and considerate and her appointments have always begun on time.
After an accident, I started seeing Dr Kim and Aris for physical therapy. My arm and shoulder were totally black and blue plus I had 2 fractured vertebrae in my lower back. I was in bad shape. Aris would greet me, and we would share some small talk. Dr Kim developed a plan to get my body back to the way it was before the accident. She showed me different exercises to increase the movement and flexibility. Later on, the exercises also included some dumbbells to improve my strength. She explained each process. She challenged and encouraged me. The healing was slow, but improvement was noticeable. I am very grateful to these ladies and would highly recommend their services.
friendly staff. dr crawford is wonderful. listens to what you have to say even if you sound like a nutty pet parent. never feel rushed. very thorough. my cats & dog go there. they always accommodate us w a room right away b/c my dog is unpredictable around other dogs. super kind & supportive when you suffer a loss.
Unfortunately we had to put our precious Labrador retriever Dakota down a few days before Christmas this year. Larkins were so very good to all of us especially Dakota. Everything was handled wonderfully the way they treated all of us from the moment we arrived to the very end of our dogs life. It was so very heart wrenching and devastating to all of us watching our precious dog die in front of us but it was also a wonderful service that we got from Larkin veterinarians. They are so very kind and sweet and they sent us a beautiful flower afterwards with their condolences for our beloved pet who had passed.

Everyone from the front office through technicians and doctors are great to work with at Willow Creek. My most recent visit is an example. It was easy to schedule an appointment for my dog Murphy and me. I was taken into a room on time. the technician arrived shortly after and Dr. Rice followed soon after that. Dr. Rice took time to discuss with me a treatment plan for Murphy. I feel very positive about our way forward and resolving Murphy’s issue.

My 8 month old kitten was in desperate need of deshedding and I didn’t even know cat grooming was a thing!!!! I called (completely clueless) and Nicki helped every step of the way. There’s a bit of a wait, but so worth it.
Nicki was kind and very sweet to my cat, Jyn. The amount of undercoat that came out was insane! Jyn definitely needed the full bath, ear clean, nail trim and deshed- all for $70!!! Totally reasonable and efficient. I dropped her off, and went to target and Nicki texted me 10 mins before the appt was over! Super simple and she did a fantastic job.
Maryann is absolutely incredible. She not only treats every dog like theyre her own, but deeply cares for their health and well being of each one. I have a "difficult" dog myself, and he absolutely loves going to see her. She also gives back the community constantly by helping groom shelter dogs. She has the biggest heart and recently went above and beyond to fit my knucklehead in for a grooming right before I proposed to my partner. I wanted him looking good for the photos and she did an incredible job with him. Shes a blessing to the pets that need groomed in berks county!
My puppy is very fidgety when it comes to touching his paws but she was amazing how she handled my puppy claws shes very professional and compassionate I am very pleased with her I will be continuing my services with her and my puppy gained a new friend I recommend her to anyone

I felt really comfortable coming back into my practice after a long hiatus. I usually go to the 9am class with Russ and it's a lovely, gentle way to start my day!

Phoenix is the place to go. Specifically, this location. All the therapists (Bobby, Alexa, Andrea) make therapy fun. I’ve never once thought “ugh I have therapy tonight” (and I was going after work 2-3x a week). Lexi (receptionist) is great too and schedules times that work for you! During therapy, all the staff members talk to you and the patients join in to the conversation. It’s a welcoming, group-like environment that offers individualized therapy activities and care. Concerns are always listened to and addressed. You can also ensure your rehab program is designed with fidelity. The facility is always clean and inviting. I will continue to recommend this rehab center time and time again. I cannot thank them enough for getting me back to my daily routines, activities, and my career as quickly as they did.
I have been attending Pivot in Mt Penn for 10 months, the therapists have been very patient with me throughout my road to recovery. Pleasant atmosphere, fun but professional group of people and very knowledgeable.

John Sosh was the absolute best driving instructor! ? I think it was back in 2012 when he taught me and I got my license and I truly couldn’t have done it without him! I can’t say enough what a wonderful teacher he is! He was always so patient and kind and took the time to explain and show you everything! Every time someone compliments my parallel parking I always give all credit to John because I couldn’t have done any of it without him! Im so blessed my mom found him and can’t thank him enough for all of his help! ??
