I called from out of state to request a welfare check that involved getting into a locked apartment. I couldn’t have asked for more prompt and professional service. I was able to text over all pertinent information for legal purposes and someone was there within 30 minutes. Thankfully, all was well and the locksmith left the lock in working condition so no major changes were necessary ( other than us making sure a neighbor has a key!). The owner even called the next day to express his relief. Well worth the $120. Thank you!

I accidentally locked myself out of my house this .morning. Berks Security Locksmith came and got my door open in a timely manner and I was only 30 minutes late for work. I commend them and highly recommend them.

We had a great experience getting locks for two doors. One only had a skeleton key so a dead bolt was added and the front door, which we never had a key for now has a nifty lock! Thanks to Denis for doing such a great job!!!
