I've been struggling with a 3 year old GoodMan 2-Stage furnace (with 10 yr warranty) installed poorly by another co. & have had nothing but problem since the install (parts, unit going on/off, unit not working, no heat, emergency gas line cut-offs with Enbridge emergency gas cutoffs & fire trucks and all!!!

So this winter began & the unit was kind of working, then in February when it got extremely cold the unit completely died. I called in 3 other companies and they had NO clue what they were doing, none of them had any tools to properly test & diagnose the issue and I think experience was a factor as well; they all left me with no heat in -20 degree celcius weather for days.

As I was getting very frustrated, I opened up my Instagram for a break & I see an add for KobistAir, I called them directly from the ad & Ali answered. He was very responsive & explained he was out of town for a commercial job but will send his partner Joe same day to look at it. Joe called me and he was at my home within 2 hours. I explained the background and all the messing around and multiple years of problems with this new unit and he went at it. Got Goodman on the phone & followed their steps after I explained to Goodman what I've been through. He tested the crap out of everything & filled in multiple sheets that Goodman requested. He also ran out and grabbed some warranty parts and replaced them as well.

Long & short of it is, these guys know what they are doing, they have the right tools and they are very nice people. I am happy I finally found a HVAC co. that knows what they are doing instead of doing dangerous and unqualified work and overcharging.

We needed a new kitchen faucet installed, and whilst that doesn't sound like a big deal (and something we'd normally be able to tackle ourselves) we were wary being that the repair is in a condo, and if we made a mistake it could cause issues for the building.
