Great experience with Smile. I called multiple different companies before choosing to go with Smile. The tech was very helpful and walked me through how to potentially fix the issue on my own. You can tell they genuinely wanted to help rather than push me to spend more and more money. On site, they talked me through what they were doing. I will 100% use them for any HVAC issue in the future.

I highly recommend using Smile HVAC for your next home HVAC needs. I called them in a pinch with a broken furnace and they were very helpful and supportive in getting it fixed and provided me with a great new unit at a competitive cost. They subsequently installed a new heat pump and again was very satisfied with the quality of service.
