“Very pleased with the service provided by the team! Bryan came to check out my AC which had a boat load of issues. He was very kind and thorough, he explained what was going on and walked me through what the next steps going forward would be, awesome guy! We ended up needing to replace the whole unit, as well as our furnace cause that was also causing issues previously, so Paul then came and discussed packages and plans thoroughly and honestly, we had a bit of a hard time trying to figure out what was best for us and we were very grateful for his patience and guidance through the process! The two gentlemen who came to replace both units were also very kind and amazing at what they do, sadly I didn't get their names. They put mats down throughout the house and kept everything clean and organized, we're happy with the product! It's refreshing to see a team that actually cares about their clients and the work they do, it shows in their work! Thank you all :)”

“My house was built in 2024. Little did I know the headache my family would go through with the A/C unit they provided. Installed through another HVAC company of course. It leaked last year in the summer. Just over a year after being installed. Guess what? It happened again this year. Same problem. The HVAC company said we were not covered for parts anymore.

So I began making calls and reaching out to HVAC people I know. One guy assessed the problem and quoted me just over $1k. Just to fix the issue.

Eventually, Ravi came to rescue. My friend put me in contact with him. Ravi was very friendly, personable, and knowledgeable about the situation.

He recommended getting rid of the cheap A/C unit I had. And provided me with a rate that was affordable. Expenses like this obviously hurt the bank account. Especially when they’re unexpected. But given the rate, the workmanship, and the warranty, it’s worth it in the long run.

He also worked quickly. I appreciate him and VJ getting rid of my old unit and installing my new unit. Shiny, quiet, and cold.

Navigating situations like these generally feel overwhelming. It’s also hard knowing who to trust. But I would recommend Ravi!”
