I have not bothered to write on line reviews before as no trade company has ever earned it.Hoerner has in bucket loads! They have set the bar for how a trade company should operate - from the moment I called, through changing the appointment, being available within 2 days and arriving at the beginning of 2 hour windowCalvin B introduced himself and gave me a quote right up front.His communication was excellent and his attitude open and transparent.The service was impeccable - efficient, effective and done very professionally.After leaving you would not have known he was here - other than the problem had been fixed.I have NEVER had service of this quality before!

Nick and John were excellent. They came to repair a main drain at our building in the east end of Toronto and were punctual, great communicators about the work and progress, and friendly overall. Wonderful experience and we will hire them for future jobs. Thanks again!

My old kitchen faucet starting dripping non-stop. It was more than 20 years old, so we agreed the best move was to have a new one installed. The plumber was excellent - arriving when expected, bringing the new faucet with him, working quickly, efficiently and cleaning up beautifully as he went. Highly recommend!
