Following a critical incident, I received a call from Marco F. (Operations Manager) at Enercare, who demonstrated true leadership!! He was compassionate, gentle, and listened with genuine intention. He went out of his way to address the issue and made me feel heard without having to fight for attention. His response showed me that Enercare is truly an organization that cares. This is the kind of leadership every customer deserves!!!
We woke up to no hot water. I called Enercare and they set up an appointment on the same day. The technicians came and installed a new water tank as the previous one was 25 years old. They did a very clean, quick and thorough job. I appreciate the technicians’ hard work and meticulousness.
I rarely take the time to write reviews, but after my experience with Justin Saptel from Enercare, I felt it was important.
I had another Enercare technician come to my home the day before to diagnose an issue with my air conditioner. Unfortunately, the visit left me with more questions than answers. Very little was explained, I didn't feel confident in the diagnosis, and I was left uncertain about what was actually wrong.
