“In the morning I noticed our furnace is not blowing warm air but rather cold, I tried to restart but still wouldn't work. Then I called a few companies and only Constant Home walked me through the self diagnosis, still, it didn't solve my issue, and so the rep did arrange me with the technician, came in, turned out it was the gas valve wasn't functioning. Then he explained to me the cost and giving the furnace is kinda old. There could be other issues down the road so I asked them to give me an estimate for the new unit. Later on sales rep came in and looked through the whole thing, sat down with me for an hour showing me my options and made things clear. At the end I did signed up wiyh the new unit with their financing program, did the installation next day, so into small details. I appreciate the whole process which went smoothly and the folks who I have dealt with.“
