Dispatched Shervin, who checked entire flow from kitchen sink to where piping leaves the house....snaked and replaced affected pipe, tested, confirmed fixed. Shervin left area as clean as when he arrived, he did a great job. Mike treated me properly, charged fairly, and responded/resolved very quickly. “The 4 stars is to give it to the customer support staffs Nimmy J and Chantal. I wanted to buyout the water heater but CCC does not accept bank draft and I could not get the answer from CCC via email about other payment method. I called their 1-888 number on Jan 29 and Chantal who has so much patience and helped to to pay via pre-auth one time payment to buyout the water heater and the payment went thru that night. Since it is pre-auth payment, I worry CCC may continue take money from my account because I did not receive any official doc about I bought out the water heater. I called the 1-888 today (Feb 8) and requested official doc about my account was closed, Nimmy suggested she can send me the account summary which shows my account balance is zero. With this account summary, I believe CCC will not auto withdraw money from my account. Fingers crossed.“

“We can't thank enough all the staff at V & P Enterprises! Our Keeprite furnace broke down 2 days ago after almost 16 yrs. I called ICP who owns Keeprite and I asked them for the top tier dealer. They were the first on the ICP list of local dealers. And since Keeprite Furnaces have amazing warranty packages we wanted to call whom they recommended as an Elite Carrier ICP dealer!I called and spoke to Syd who helped me a lot and transferred me to Anthony. After talking to him he was able to do a consultation at our home within 2 hrs of the call!He gave us many great options and we chose one that best suited our needs. It was nice to have more than 1 option.
