The company was great to deal with—clear, quick communication, and sent someone within hours. Marcus was amazing—found the problem immediately and fixed it easily. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and resolved a stressful situation in no time at all! Very impressed!
A Tech by the name of Markus came for our service call, he was kind, courteous, professional and communicated well. He left his workspace clean and tidy after he completed his job and I would consider his service he provided 10/10. I highly recommend Markus and the company he works for! (Unlike every other service provider or restaurant these days - he didn’t even ask for a review, I was so happy with the result I asked how I could right away)
Micheal was a perfect gentleman. Polite and respectful, when he identified the issue he immediately relayed it to me and he was able to fix it in jo time flat. Excellent work and excellent customer service.
