It’s a good company. I changed by old cooling system to an updated newer heating and cooling model. I highly recommend. They go above and beyond. It wasn’t the most easy situation but Saeid was very professional and accommodating and Reza was an excellent service repair man who takes care of his customers. I’m very pleased with the overall experience!
Yesterday I had my annual HVAC maintenance and met Saeid for the first time. He was every bit as thorough in work as all the Maple Air staff I’ve met in the 12 years I’ve been dealing with them. He was a pleasure to meet and had a twinkling sense of humour. I wouldn’t dream of using any other company.
Booking an appointment was easy. Reza the technician was on time, friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Maple Air, they have been maintaining my 2 furnaces since 2017.
