“My A/C had been not cooling for so long I didn't remember what a cooling A/C felt like. Until it became so obvious. I had a bad interior evap coil that leaked refrigerant. It was just 'time'. For now, I opted for a repair. The diagnostic technician, Colton, and subsequent repairmen, Colton and Will, were fantastic. They worked in tandem, multi-tasking efficiently, and explained issues quite well and informed me of further maintenance for the new coil and drain. Diagnostic to finished repair was 28 hours at the end of July. What more can you ask for? Have run the system for 3 days now and have confidence that it'll hold for a while. My house has never felt cleaner, even the acoustics have changed, the air is so clear, and the cool. Instead of barely across my feet, I can now feel at waist level within 30 minutes the coolness and often wonder why the thermostat doesn't shut off sooner, but I have been told not to use a short swing, i.e., anything under 1 degree. So, crossing my fingers and hoping to buy some time. Randy did wonders getting me taken care of before the weekend, and that was also incredibly appreciated. Thank you.”
