Shane from American Air HVAC was exceptional! My indoor A/c unit was leaking water and I was told by another company that it was the drain pan and I would have to fix it for $$$ when Shane came in he looked right away and saw that it was not the drain pan and located the correct issue. He walked me through everything he was doing, explaining it clearly and making sure I felt informed every step of the way. He worked quickly and efficiently without ever cutting corners. On top of that, he was incredibly mindful and kind truly a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend!

You didn't leave room for me to come in on my visit today with Joe he came out to see our new air conditioner and was really nice to us he did a little bit with a screwdriver and talk to us and we are pleased thank you tell Tom that he's the bestest also.
PS to visit today the different visit Joe and a gentleman from the air conditioning company they were great they've done the best they can I believe and I thank them for being so diligent tell Tom he's still my best and I'll see you in the fall everything...read full review
Technician was friendly and very knowledgeable. Checked and cleaned my outside unit and reported that all was well. Was here at the stated time and was on his way. Thanks American Air.
