When my furnace died on the coldest day this past winter, they had somebody (Jason) out here the same day, fixed it, and charged an incredibly reasonable fee. My husband had shut off the heat pump back in September before he died (I had no idea why). When it was obvious window ACs weren't going to help me through the evil 90-plus degree days, I called them again. It took Jason just a few minutes to diagnose the problem, and by the end of the week, I had a brand new heat pump and thermostat. It is so much better than the old heat pump ever was, AND Jason got it done in one day (he had thought it might take two). I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them!
