“Wonderful experience from McCoy heating and cooling. I turned on my Air-conditioner for the first time last week and was only getting warm air of course I panicked because the last heating and cooling company I had work on my equipment only came out and caused more problems than fixing the unit. So I went to the internet and found McCoy heating and cooling. They sent out a technician named Zach. He was very professional studied everything and gave me the bad news that my compressor was out. He didn't try to sell me a new heat pump. He told me he could order the parts and fix my heat pump. Lori from McCoy kept me up to date on the parts and when the parts came in she sent Zach back out to my house and with in a few hours our Air-conditioning was working perfectly. Zach went through the whole unit to make sure he didn't miss any other problems. I am very pleased with the professional service I received from Zach and McCoy heating and cooling. And going forward if I have any problems with my hearing or cooling. I won't hesitate to call McCoy. Thanks for the great work.“
