We had an issue with our AC unit, and Carlos from Fire and Ice worked miracles for us! With this heat wave coming through, we needed our AC working. Carlos was able to diagnose the issue pretty quickly, and in and out and had us up and running again in about an hour and for a great price! I would highly HIGHLY recommend this company, and if you can get Carlos…do it! You will not be disappointed! If I could give 6 stars, I would!
Eric, was a pleasant young man and very knowledgeable in his field. He definitely deserves to be recognized as an experience tech.

Our air conditioner stopped producing cold air.
Mitchell came within 2 hours and quickly diagnosed the problem as a fan motor failure. He checked for nearby inventory and determined that the coreect OEM will become available at 9 A.M. tomorrow. He will pick it up and come back to install it before noon, when the heat of the day will beset us.
Brooke was very knowledgeable and capable. She explainrd her findings and demonstrated technical prowess. It was not her fault that my furnace can not be economically repaired. Very polite and professional. I hope she comes again in the future.
