He showed up on time, got right to work and when finished, explained everything he had done thoroughly. Also asked me if there was anything else he could do. He was courteous throughout the visit. I asked to have my furnace filter replaced. The technician, Kenneth Wooten went above and beyond. He did a furnace inspection and a/c inspection. He removed the cover on a/c unit and cleaned inside! Very thorough and polite!
