What really impressed me was how helpful and thorough he was. My furnace is in the attic, and I was nervous about getting up there because I didn’t even know where the filter was located. Franky didn’t just change the filter and move on. He showed me how to access it, explained what type of filter I should purchase, and told me how often it should be changed. I really appreciated him taking the time to make sure I understood everything.
He also called ahead to let me know he was on his way and arrived right on time. From start to finish, it was a great experience with both Franky and Metro Comfort Systems. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for dependable, professional HVAC service!”
