We called YA services to get the knob on our dryer replaced - the dryer worked fine, but it couldn't be turned on without the timer.Yousef and Malik came out to fix it and determined that the problem wasn't just the knob, but also the timer itself. Fortunately, they had a timer in the truck, and they were able to fix the dryer in minutes. Also, they didn't charge us any extra for the timer, telling us that because we'd been quoted over the phone they were sticking with that original quote. We were very pleased with the service we received on our kitchen stove. We were able to schedule a service call for the very next day! The serviceman arrived on time and was able to take care of our problem in just a short time. He was very friendly and explained everything to us.
