Great experience! Called me to let me know they were coming early, and was able to provide a part I needed in an hour or less! Very professional and informative of what was wrong with my furnace and how to avoid the same issue again. Will use again.
Highly professional from start to end. The sales person Pooya took time to explain all the details about various features of the furnaces and air conditioners I was interested in. He also mentioned what exactly the installers would do and approximately how long will it take to replace my HVAC system. The installers came right on time and did their job exactly as expected. Before leaving my house, David, the team leader, walked me through the operational details and things that I need to pay attention to. This is more than what I expected. Keep up the good work Five Star team!!!
