“Quality air saved me thousands of dollars!!! I’ve have had the same problem with my furnace for a few years(high temp limit switch being activated). Atlas Butler wanted me to replace my furnace or replace my heat exchanger. Both are thousands of dollars. Kaleb from quality air only had to adjust a few settings to get my furnace working better then it has in years. I’ve had Atlas Butler’s subscription service for a few years. With multiple service calls and annual tune ups, Atlas Butler could not fix the underlying issue. Kaleb from Quality air had a hunch over the phone that my Gas pressure was too high. It was. He also increased my blower speed. He completed a combustion test and saw no evidence that my heat exchanger was bad. Kaleb definitely wanted to do what was best for me and my family. A lesson that Atlas Butler needs to learn. I highly recommend quality air and will be using them for my future furnace and AC needs.“

“They've been out to my house a couple times and done a good job at a good price. But today my furnace was stopping and restarting. I called and Kevin immediately asked if I had changed the filter recently. I answered no so he told me to do that first and this should fix it----it did! 2 things1) Might sound like an easy common knowledge fix. Yet when I googled it I didn't see change filter as a solution. I saw a bunch of other things it could be.2) They made zero money off of this. They didn't try and say well we better come out and see. He just told me exactly what to do. When companies do this kind of thing I'll gladly pay next time. Plus I decided to actually write a review based on this experience (which I rarely do).Service: Heating system repair“

Cameron from Clifford's Inc. was our repairman and he was nothing but professional and supportive. He made sure to explain the process before starting the repair and confirmed that we were comfortable with both his proposed solution and the cost. We were overwhelmingly grateful to have warmth restored to our home in Columbus just in time for the holiday season. Thank you!“

“My furnace was tripping the breaker and shutting off on the coldest weekend this year. I called atlas butler and after they took a short look at my furnace they immediately tried to sell me a new furnace for 11k. Seeking a second opinion, I called Favret and they sent Charles out to take a look. He was able to diagnose the issue immediately as an issue with my breaker box and NOT the furnace. It was fixed within 5 minutes. Favret was honest, professional, and was able to fix the issue and not immediately try to extort me. Thank you Charles.“

“I wanted to take a moment to share my sincere gratitude for Joey and Nick who came out to my home to look at a problem with my Heat pump. I had been told by another well-known company that I was going to need to "spend thousands of dollars trying to fix the current one or just have them put in a whole new system". I was not satisfied with that answer and asked Muetzel to come look at the issue and they quickly went through several logical steps to identify the issue. The unit had been overcharged by the first company that came out to look at it and wasn't working properly. The first company had also suggested a new thermostat that they installed but did not have wired correctly for my unit to work. Long story short, Joey and Nick took the time to figure out EXACTLY what was wrong, communicated every step of the way and took care of the issue within 2 hours of coming to my home. They were very courteous, kind and took the time to explain everything they were doing. WOW...what a refreshing experience to share because positive customer service seems to be a rare thing these days.
