My AC went out a week ago. I called Columbus Comfort Heating & Cooling and they came right out. The technician was very personably and spotted the problem right away. He had to order the part and took about a week to get here. The technician came out and put it in. It took him no time at all. I highly recommend Columbus Comfort Heating & Cooling for your heating or AC. If I have another problem, I will definitely call them again.
Great customer service! A very friendly and professional team of installers got to work right away and completed the job faster than the estimated time despite the temperature being 90+ degrees.
