My heat wasn’t coming on, Friday,9/25/26. I called Classic Air and left a voicemail for Brian @7:58am. He called me back at 8:41am. Nathan arrived at 10:12am.He promptly diagnosed my issue. My Heat 🔥is working again. I’m a happy camper, again. No charge based on the issue from a previous installation. Thank you Classic Air for being such an awesome and responsive company.
My basement got flooded with the latest round of severe storms this August. My AC stopped working and I was concerned about turning it back on without having a professional look at it. I called Classic Air on a recommendation from my family members and Nate came by same-day. He kept to the after-hours, emergency dispatch diagnostic fee even though he went above and beyond just taking a look at things for me. Phenomenal experience with Trent from Classic Air yesterday. Quickly diagnosed the problem, gave affordable options for repair and was never pushy or tried to oversell more than we needed. And here, hours later our AC is very cold! We had to even adjust our thermostat because it’s working so much better now. Would absolutely use Classic Air again.
