I have used Classic Air for many years on rental properties and they have always done an excellent job and for reasonable prices. This time I needed them for my personal residence. I am currently undergoing chemotherapy so I am not in the greatest of shape....when we called because we had no heat (32°) they were here within an hour. After deciding on a new unit (ours was 33 years old), they offered us a great financing option and within another hour we had 3 trucks in our driveway installing our new unit. He was very friendly, personable and informative. After completing the estimate he drained the hot water tank to assist the installers scheduled for the following day. He is an asset to Classic Air.

Our furnace went out and I called them they came out to review the issue within an hour on a Saturday, he explained the problem and we decided to replace the furnace and air units since they were 26 yrs oldSales representative was great to work with and didn’t try to sell in lieu of repairs he said it was totally up to us so we replaced and on that Monday the job was done they explained our units to us answered our questions and they were very professional and polite and cleaned up all areasI would recommend them to anyone in needThank you Classic Air for a great experience
