My A/C had been not cooling for so long I didn't remember what a cooling A/C felt like. Until it became so obvious. I had a bad interior evap coil that leaked refrigerant. It was just 'time'. For now, I opted for a repair. The diagnostic technician, Colton, and subsequent repairmen, Colton and Will, were fantastic. They worked in tandem, multi-tasking efficiently, and explained issues quite well and informed me of further maintenance for the new coil and drain.
