Bob is not only knowledgeable, with years of experience in the field, but he also took the time to make my grandmother feel comfortable. He knows the ins and outs of hearing health, and his old-school approach means he brings a wealth of institutional knowledge to every appointment. The office is a very small, family- oriented, well-run place. It’s clear they truly care about their patients, and Bob was an absolute joy with my grandmother. Highly recommend!

I've overseen properties for a very long time, tackling many obstacles with the Steingass crew right there with me- including many of the same techs for years that truly know my building. It's as simple as if you give respect, you gain respect. If you're unhappy with this company for whatever reason, try reevaluating the issue at hand... they didn't cause your problem, they're trying to help fix it.
We had Andrea booked for our wedding. Let me just start with this— the flowers turned out beautiful! She showed up on time for set-up on wedding day, and she was very pleasant to talk to. Our ceremony and reception space looked incredible, and everything looked exactly how I had imagined. We were able to get everything we had hoped for at a fraction of the cost of other local florists we had reached out to. I am docking a star because communication could definitely be improved. I often had to reach out multiple times or had to wait for responses. I had also tried to schedule an in-person appointment to discuss all of our last-minute details and was told that I would have to pay extra in order to add that on to my service, which I thought was odd. Overall, the flowers were gorgeous and very well-priced, but some things on the admin side could definitely be improved!
This is first time using Legacy and should have made the change sooner. Adrienne cut my hair exactly as I asked her too. We talked about how my curly hair can be a pain to deal with when it gets long. She did a really good job of feathering the top which removed almost all the curls, but she did it in a way, so I didn’t end up with too short of a haircut. I would say Adrienne gave me one of the best haircuts I ever had. Everyone there was really nice. The pricing for a men’s haircut was only three dollars more than the walk-in hair solon chains I’ve been using, which have not been giving me very good haircuts the last couple of years.

I love going to Abby!! I was so upset when my regular stylist of many years moved to Florida. When I moved here, I found Abby, and I was so excited because I never thought I would find anyone that could do my hair that well. She is perfect and at an amazing price. She is also so kind.

Hi! so i had a big color issue and Nadia fixed it, she was very kind and patient when my hair was a hassle, My total was around 140 and it was incredibly cheap in my opinion because my hair was patchy, i personally loved the service, everyone was very kind, and this is without a doubt a salon i will be coming back to!

I started going here within a year of its opening. Reilly always highlights, cuts, and styles my hair to perfection! Very clean and welcoming salon. Honestly, all the stylists are fabulous. What I appreciate most is I am usually Reilly's only client in the time frame, no over booking or serious wait time, seems that way with the other stylists too. Each stylist works independently within the salon so appointments are scheduled and confirmed through the Vagaro App. I highly recommend!

This is for the new stylist Shiloh. I stopped in today just to get a quick cut and fade for the summer instead of doing it myself like usual. Shiloh, who was new, helped me at the front desk and was about to hand me off to someone else because of the zero fade until I requested to be a practice customer. I always like being able to offer low stress opportunity to learn and practice to new people and today was well worth it. With a little guidance and wonderful conversation because I was the only one in the salon, Shiloh did an incredible job. I have also have to give a shout out not only to the young lady that was helping but also to the owner/manager for having an eye for talent and passion in new stylists coming into the industry. This was one of the best visits I've had here and look forward to the times I come back.

This was my first time to the new shop. They took me in as a walk-in, did have to wait approximately 10 minutes. I had had a horrendous experience at Virasone in Medina prior the same day. My technician was very professional and was able to repair the damage from the other technician. My pedicure looks amazing! I would highly recommend this place, but you sometimes do have to wait and be patient.
I always have the best service at Vogue. They are my go to for pedicures; however, I just started getting dip manicures ? and I'm hooked! Great variety of color choices and styles. Andy the owner is always welcoming and hilarious. I highly recommend Vogue Nails.

This is a salon where each chair is operated by the individual stylist. They each have their own hours within the open hours of the actual salon. They each have their own products used for clients. Everyone is very friendly. Parking is right outside the door.

I've had a few perms done here before and they turned out great. My stylist was really great and honest with me and took her time and listened to me. The last time she suggested not to get a perm because of the health of my hair and the curl that was still left and took her time and did her best to style my hair and cut it. I wish I lived closer. Very impressed with Qs Salon and Spa in Medina by Buehlers! I had a facial done by “E” which although on the pricey side was perhaps the best facial I’ve ever had. From the relaxing and warm ambiance to the wide range of services and tailored, professional touch by the estheticians and staff, this spa will make anyone feel at home! I will definitely be returning as often as my wallet allows.

We have definitely found our go to plumber! We had a septic backup and called a number of different plumbers and companies. Joe got back to us quickly. Not only did he say he could get here ASAP the next day (we called in the evening), he walked us through what we could try to do to fix the issue without him even coming out! We were unable to fix it ourselves. So, Joe came out the next day and quickly and professionally solved the issue for less than half of what the big companies were going to charge. He's a very nice guy, helpful, explained everything, very professional. I cannot recommend highly enough

I was very pleased with the process to replace our kitchen countertops and backsplash. From the selection phase of the countertop material among the many slabs on site, the assessment of tile and grout options, to the installation, all went smoothly. The installation crews were friendly and helpful when we asked specific questions about the process. When there were questions related to our cabinets not being level during countertop installation, we were informed of our options and came up with a satisfactory solution. We also greatly appreciated Architectural Justice moving us up in the schedule to accelerate our backsplash installation when an opening became available. The ease with which the electrical work was added to the backsplash installation (outlet replacement) was a big help, too.

MJM Construction helped us with a remodel of our kitchen. He moved cabinets, replaced flooring after those moves, took down a kitchen bar area to counter level, built an extension to our island and then did a tile backslash and installed new cabinet hardware. I cannot put into words how happy we were with the quality of work that he did. Not only was the work top notch, but he arrived everyday at the time he said he would and put in a full day's work. I would recommend MJM Construction to anyone who has work that needs to be done. MJM Construction epitomizes what a contractor experience should be.
I would have given Mike and his crew ten stars if possible. We hired Mike to finish the basement and redo the stairway of our new home. One of the best decisions we have ever made. Mike is a true craftsman along with being a true gentleman (as was his entire crew). I had never met Mike prior to my wife and I hiring him to transform our basement. The workmanship was nothing less than perfect. Combine this with honesty, politeness and an expert in his craft, I really don't think you will find anyone better. We have hade numerous homes and had a lot of work done on our various houses. I am more detailed than most people and there was nothing about Mike's work that could be improved. His work was by far the best of any contractor we had used in the past. He showed up on time every day, he worked until his daily duties were completed, he cleaned up his worksite every day. The value, craftmanship, professionalism and just being a great guy is a rare combination to find today. We already have Mike scheduled to come back and do some more projects for us.

TAB Property Enhancement was an absolute pleasure to work with. The entire team was very professional, clean, and accommodating. Greenkeepers did a FANTASTIC job landscaping my back yard! The project included building a flagstone wall, planting trees, shrubs, and ornamental grasses. They also mulched all around my house, installed trellises, and planted perennials. George, the owner, was very pleasant to work with and we collaborated on the landscape designs, discussing ideas and options. He also worked with me on keeping expenses within my budget. The crew members were so friendly and hardworking. I was very impressed with the quality of their work and appreciated that they did an excellent job of cleaning up after each work day. The end result was BEAUTIFUL!!! My neighbors really liked the landscaping and are planning to contact Greenkeepers to discuss their own landscape projects. I have already scheduled Greenkeepers to come back this fall to do hardscaping in the front of my house.
I always start off my summer with the optimism that I can handle the yardwork myself and I always peter out by Aug. I turn to the Landscape shop to finish off the season for me and they always, ALWAYS fit me into their schedule and the lawn care starts that week. Thankful for them and the great job they do. And with today's economy, I'm grateful for their reasonable rates.

I went for cleaning and exam and x-rays and the price was reasonable (had no dental insurance). The office atmosphere was very relaxing, which I appreciate, along with being so clean and nice. The receptionist/office admin was so welcoming and extremely helpful on the phone when we first called. The hygienist Devon (if I am recalling her name correctly) was great--she had already read my new patient form and was well aware of my history and medical conditions. She was very thorough and gentle. Met Dr. Kim and he was super nice. He explained what needed attention and asked if I had any questions for him. There was no rushing, and they gave me pricing on what needed done, which I found reasonable compared to other inquiries I had made. I made an appt. for my next 6 month checkup. My husband also has an exam scheduled with Dr. Kim. I know each of us has their own checklist when searching for a new dentist, but I would gladly recommend this practice without hesitation.
I cannot tell you how happy I am with finding Dr. Haley and his staff! After about 52 years of hating my broken front teeth, Dr. Haley made me the happiest person on Earth by putting in veneers and crowns. The process is long but WELL worth the wait!! ALL of you deserve 10 stars for your kindness, empathy, and understanding of my situation. Thank you all from the bottom of my happy heart! Love to you all! I have a beautiful smile now!!

Dr. Chris has been absolutely wonderful with my newborn daughter! He is very gentle (sometimes she doesn’t wake up during her quick appointment!) and baby is seemingly more comfortable during changes and feedings. So happy we have followed with Dr. Chris!
I’m a full time hairdresser and currently very pregnant and started to put of the blue experience intense carpal tunnel syndrome symptoms in my hands and a lot of discomfort in my neck and back. I called on a Tuesday and was seen on a Thursday. The staff is amazing and Dr. Zack took really good care of me! I’m looking forward to continuing my treatment at maximum potential!

Dr Danielle Kendel has been treating me. She is phenomenal! She is kind, extremely knowledgeable about chiropractic medicine and very effective. The office personnel are great too! They are friendly and professional. What I also like about this practice is that everyone there I have encountered is professional and most importantly HONEST.
I know you make your money by fast appts, I was a new first time ever patient and things happened a bit to quickly for me to understand the treatment and why. For example having my forehead sprayed with i’m not sure and why.
It all seemed to happen very quickly leaving me to fight to catch up.

I have been going here since 2022. They finally got my eczema under control. I get areolaze twice I month. I love it. Dr. Andriaisk is great! He answered all my questions and concerns. He removed 3 moles right in the office in less than 15 minutes! He was running late for our appointment but definitely worth the wait. I am pleased he took the time to address all my concerns.
I had to put my cat down earlier last week, and I can not even begin to express how thankful I am for this clinic. I was a wreck when iI found out what was going on, and that I wouldn’t financially be able to treat him. I called multiple, more local to me, clinics asking when he could get seen and or put down and they all showed extreme lack of empathy and wouldn’t be able to get him in for about a week and a half. I called this clinic and was met with immediate care for my pet and my own self in this critical time. Staff was incredibly kind, understanding, and sympathetic toward me. They treated my pet with great care in his last moments, and gave me the time I would need, along with gently talking me through options. They gave me a clay paw print, and even sent me a follow up care card a week or so after. I am so thankful and happy to have went somewhere that seems to care about the animals they work with and have empathy! I can’t recommend them enough.
Dr. Bev is a wonderful vet. She truly loves horses and is very willing to listen to owners and discuss all things. My horses love her !
Dr. Faust is an excellent doctor and surgeon. He successfully operated on my beagle, Dream's, torn ACL about a month ago. The follow-up care has been outstanding. Can't say enough good about Dr. Faust!
Let me say...he knows what he's talking about when it comes to dog health! He's always took his time with my dogs and I and try to educate us and find a solution with our dog's health! He's very honest and he doesn't sugar coat anything! I love the animal hospital he works for! Everyone is very welcoming and nice! If my dogs needs a appointment they will try to accommodate with us and fit us in their schedule!
The doctors and staff are the best here. When calling in to schedule and when checking in and out the staff is kind and patient. The Techs are also kind and gentle with my pets. The doctors are simply amazing. They take their time with my pets and explain things to me and will always go the extra mile to call if needed to talk through things when needed. They are truly the best.
A very caring and loving staff. They will always make you feel at home here and they will give you multiple options for your furry child instead of strong arming you like some other vets.
We had to put our Cane Corso down unexpectedly while up for our daughters wedding and it was so hard to do but these guys made the experience as plesent as it could be and upon returning from Medina to Florida the entire staff had sent a card with beautiful words of encouragement and hope in healing I ve never had anyone do anything like this for me they are beyond beautiful hearted and I just want to say how it touched us so very much they cared enough to take time out of there lives to do this GOD is good and so are these great folks Tim Roden Brooksville Fl
I love this place! The groomers are kind and safe with all dogs, even the feisty ones. I take Piper there about every 8 to 10 weeks for a nail trim. He loves them! I've never used their kennel service. But if I needed it I would totally trust them
Our first groom with Terry for Mr. Remy, our 10 month old Yorkie-Poo was amazing! I could not have been more happy than I was today seeing him come home looking (and smelling) amazing! He is the most relaxed he has ever been after coming home from a grooming and I can tell he feels amazing! I cannot thank her enough and I know Remy can’t wait to go back! Thank you so much!
Fantastic service! We used Bubbles-n-Biscuits for our dog Marley, and the mobile experience was perfect for her. She’s usually very nervous by the typical grooming shop environment, but being at home made all the difference. Professional, convenient, and Marley looks great. If you have a nervous dog or a busy schedule, this is the way to go!

Sierra is an incredibly talented massage therapist who really listens and is truly gifted at what she does. Every time I leave a session with her, I feel like exactly what I came in for was accomplished.
I’ve recently started adding her stretch session before my massage, and it’s quickly become one of my favorite parts. If you’ve been thinking about trying it, I highly recommend booking it before your session—it’s made a noticeable difference in how I feel overall.
