This is my second time visiting for the 60 minute massage. Let me tell you, it is a relaxing, wonderful experience. The staff are welcoming and friendly and space is just beautiful. Thank you again for everything.

Tonight was my first yoga class at Essential Escape and it will not be my last. The teacher was Teresa Fragale. Her class was non-threatening, challenging, comprehensive and fun. At the beginning Teresa said that it was a practice, there was no right or wrong way to do yoga and that she encouraged laughing and singing. I am very new to yoga and never once felt self conscious. I am looking forward to her next class in a beautiful space with a great vibe.
