James came out, hydro jetted my sewer and snaked my floor drain. He was professional, knowledgeable, and couldn’t have been a nicer guy. He wasn’t pushy with extras and got the job done. He exceeded every expectation I could have had.

Loved Arther our tech but didn’t love the gray water drippings that he left behind. Just know you’ll be scrubbing everywhere they walk throughout your home. Other than that, great service

This was my second rodeo with these guys and it was the same as the first one “awesome “!This time my problem was something that a different type of contractor needed to have a look at. I sorry I don’t remember my technician’s name but he did a great inspection and explained what I have to do next! Thank you Rotor Rooter!
