These guys know what they're doing. I've overseen properties for a very long time, tackling many obstacles with the Steingass crew right there with me- including many of the same techs for years that truly know my building. It's as simple as if you give respect, you gain respect. If you're unhappy with this company for whatever reason, try reevaluating the issue at hand... they didn't cause your problem, they're trying to help fix it.
Joshua prompting responded to my 3 AM request for service. He was great and answered all my questions prior to scheduling a service time. Honest and upfront regarding cost. I highly recommend!
Fantastic company to work with there customer services is terrific and the HVAC techs are very knowledgeable they assist, repair, and will explain to you the problems they encountered and will keep you in the loop with all work scope! I’ve work with them this summer for hvac problems in two buildings I manage!
