I love that I can get in for a massage on the day I need it without having to schedule 2 weeks out. Everyone is super friendly and the many massages I've had there have been fantastic.

Had the most awesome massage from Esther at Knot Yourself today. She is phenomenal!! She took me immediately and gave me the most luxurious and relaxing massage I've ever had. I went there because of an excruciating knot strangling me in my back. She worked on my neck and my back, explaining how everything tied together. An hour later, I floated out feeling the best I've felt in many months, with the horrible knot eased up so my hand and arm weren't numb any longer. KUDOS! to Knot Yourself and the magnificent Esther!!! Thanks a billion. Gretchen

Have been working with Lindsey for a few months now on muscular pain. I have not had a lower back flare up since seeing her. Also working out muscle tension from a winged scapula that has been an issue for 20 years. The atmosphere is relaxing and the therapists are all so welcoming. I look forward to my visits.
