Lovely Nails

Hello to the new owners. I’m a dedicated customer of 8 years. Today I came in for a pedicure and can I say you did an excellent job remodeling the inside. It looks better and more up to date and modern. Great new menu and prices. Everything seems so much more organized. I’m so glad you offer waxing for feet now. Now just hire a coupler of people and get some advertising on the the front window and you’ll be set. Maybe get together a book with pictures of manicures and pedicures so customers can look at what you have to offer. Expect me back again next month.

Today was the first time I went there for a mani/pedi. Moon did a great job on my feet and was very thorough. The results were beautiful. I thought the price was a bit high for the service but I would go back.

Edit: Im changing from 2 stars to 4 stars. The manager contacted me after seeing my review and went above and beyond to make things right for my daughters. Unfortunately, due to MY personal schedule, i was not able to get the girls back in to fix my older daughters nails and get my little ones painted. However, I was so impressed by the kindness and willingness they showed to make things right. That really goes a long way for us! After what happened earlier, I was sure we would never be back, but now I know we definitely WILL. Thank you.sharing this as her daughter.
